Hi,
 
I have received several error messages regarding the below account.  I am
not exactly sure what the error message means and what I can do about it.
Below is a copy of the error message I have received each time.
 
Not really knowing what else to do, I changed the subscribers name from
"Elizabeth \"Liz\" Schroeder, M.A." to Liz Schroeder, M.A. on my subscriber
list.  I am still receiving the error message so that obviously was not the
problem.
