Would someone remind me of the pseudo address for all the owners at
a site?  I'm getting unusually bad results from the usual searches.
I need to update our local owner support list and I thought I could
use this pseudo-address to ask them to subscribe if they weren't
already on.  And can I assume this will only use each unique ID only
once?
