It's a very old typo that was fixed long ago in the downloadable versions
but apparently didn't get fixed in the HTML.  The correct command is, of
course,

 PUT filename.extension PW=XXXXXXXX

without the "(DELETE".  I've fixed the online copy as of a few moments ago.
