        Yes.  Use the: SET listname REVIEW FOR [log in to unmask]
                 command.  You can also do it: QUIET SET ...
                 and they won't be notified that you have changed
                 their option.   (The assumption is that the
                 default for your list is NOREVIEW)
        Do the same for each subscriber you want to set to REVIEW

        While you can use the QUIET SET ... approach described above
              they won't be kept in ignorance very long.  Each time
              they post a message they will be sent a notice saying
              their message has been sent to you (or whoever you have
              designated to perform this function) for review.
