The message is no longer pending action by the list owner, so it cannot be manipulated by 
the list owner. The message is now pending delivery in the LISTSERV "spool" directory. It 
can be manipulated only by the system administrator. The system administrator will need to 
identify the *.jobh file which contains the message and delete that file from the LISTSERV 
"spool" directory in order to prevent distribution of the message.
