I am setting up a discussion list in Chinese (PRC Simplified
Character Set), another discussion list in Russian, and another list
in Spanish.  How do I configure the list?  What do the subscribers
need to do on their end vis-a-vis their email programs?  Is there
anything that needs to be done on the Web side to view the archives
in the appropriate character sets?  Thanks in advance.
