As I see from the text ("Sorry. Your message could not be delivered
to:") the 'NDN' in Subject has to be taken to mean 'non delivery
notice', and headers show that we can add this gateway to the number of
those which don't pay the least attention to the error RETURN-PATH
(owner-folkdj-l):

Subject: NDN: FOLKDJ-L Digest - 27 Mar 1996

I assume that GATEWAY is one of the words included in standard filter
(thanks), saving your subscribers from such unwanted mail (and it could
be worse: since the complete digest could follow).
