the mailer at WHATHELPS.COM uses the Imail program.  This is either a
configuration bug or something misbehaving in that program and (temporarily)
refusing to accept mail for that particular address.  Your only recourse is to
document the instances and report it to whathelps.com.  They will need to be
the ones to fix it.
