I'm having a strange problem with mail merge. I just installed the 14.4
listserv, so it could be a configuration thing.

This is the beginning of the JOB information that I send to listserv:
//777 JOB
// DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE ,
FROM=OWNER-NOLIST-777@NODEOFLISTSERV ,
PW=nnnnnnnnnn
//To DD *
[log in to unmask] PROBE
[log in to unmask] PROBE
/*
//Data DD *,EOF
......

I get back a message saying this:
Job "777" started on 25 Oct 2005 14:14:01
> DISTRIBUTE MAIL-MERGE FROM=OWNER-NOLIST-777@NODEOFLISTSERV Job "777"
Ended on 25 Oct 2005 14:14:01
I do not however receive the email itself. I look in the log file,
and I see this:
25 Oct 2005 14:14:10 -> XMRG FROM:<OWNER-NOLIST-777@NODEOFLISTSERV>
VERSION=1
25 Oct 2005 14:14:10 500 5.5.1 Command unrecognized: "XMRG
FROM:<OWNER-NOLIST-777@NODEOFLISTSERV> VERSION=1"
First, I presume that listserv itself is creating the XMRG command and
adding the VERSION=1???
Any ideas on WHY this is failing?
Thanks,
Jim
