Moving the list archives from one LISTSERV server another LISTSERV server is relatively
easy. Ask the sysadmin of the old host to create a tar/zip file containing the *.log*
files for the list. Provide that file to the sysadmin of the new host. After the list is
created on the new host, the sysadmin will simply need to extract the old *.log* files
from the tar/zip file and move them to the directory specified in the Notebook= statement.
If the archives are supposed to be web-accessible, either the sysadmin or list owner
will need to force LISTSERV to rebuild the list's web page.
