Actually, the Department of Justice has already said that the law is
unconstitutional and virtually unenforcable.  Even if it passes the House
(which is unlikely thanks to Newt (I never thought I would like Newt)), it
still has to be enforced.  I highly doubt that Reno will enforce it.  It
will go the same way as the ?Georgia? laws on sodomy.
