 It really doesn't matter how many pieces it's broken into, it will
 still kill your LISTSERV.  I believe this is the prime reason the
 "netwide delete" feature has been removed from future version of
 LISTSERV.  The amount of processing required is too large for the
 benefits realized.  So, rather than asking them to break the file
 into smaller pieces, ask them not to send them at all. :)  The
 preferred solution is to modify their mail delivery software to use
 a file format LISTSERV will recognize and "automatically" remove
 expired accounts from mailing lists after one bounce.  Currently,
 LMAIL, MX and PMDF support this feature.  People interested in
 extending other packages should find the file returned by the
 following LISTSERV job useful.  Just cut/paste the job into a mail
 message and send it to [log in to unmask]  I hate to post sample LDBASE
 jobs with Peter lurking on the list to correct me(!), but this example
 does appear to work. :)
