Except that his current ISP is apparently in California...:)  I suppose
they might have dialups in New Mexico, but I have no idea.  My guess is
that since he's using Eudora, he's probably composing his spams offline,
dialing up to his PPP account, and using minimal online time to send
the message.  Therefore he probably can laugh off the $1 or so that it
costs him to make spam.  You can't even get it from Hormel for that...:)
