Our Listserv guru, Chuck Kesler, designed a program that keeps track
of GET requests--since the only thing we mail out automatically is the
table of contents, everything else that anyone reads is retrieved via
GET (or via anonymous ftp--but so far, I don't think that many of our
subscribers are getting things that way; that guess is based on the
number of requests for info about ftp--the program which tracks GET
requests does not track ftp).
