I'm having trouble tracking a mail problem. GYMN-L is a list on our
server and MAILER knows that it is a list. When I look at the logs for
MAILER, I see lines like the following:

 16 Jun 1996 17:18:13 Processing file 8413 from SMTP@PSUVM
 16 Jun 1996 17:18:13 -> BSMTP from [log in to unmask]
 16 Jun 1996 17:18:13 -> 1 recipient (1 local).
 16 Jun 1996 17:18:13 -> Delivered to GYMN-L.

However, when I look a LISTSERV's logs, I see no trace of this mail.
Is mailer really sending the mail the the GYMN-L userid and waiting
for listserv to get it off the reader? Or, since it knows it is a
list, is it doing something quicker?

The only thing is see in LISTSERV's logs that involve GYMN-L around
this time period are the following lines. Is this what I am looking
for? If so, I can't see the reason for the mail not being posted to
the list, which is why I got involved in the first place.

 16 Jun 1996 17:26:23 Processing file 8217 from MAILER@PSUVM
 16 Jun 1996 17:26:23 From MAILER@PSUVM: X-ADMMAIL OWNER-GYMN-L
 16 Jun 1996 17:26:23 Processing file 8219 from MAILER@PSUVM
 16 Jun 1996 17:26:24 Automatic nondelivery report processing for GYMN-L:
 16 Jun 1996 17:26:24 -> All errors temporary, no action taken.
