I'm in the process of setting up a new list.

In section 2.12.2 of the listserv manual it says that when SUBSCRIPTION= BY
OWNER, then all subscription requests will be forwarded to the list owner
for disposition.

We'd like prospective subscribers to fill out a small questionnaire before
putting them on the list. Is it possible to modify MAILTPL and have it
automatically send out the questionnaire to anybody that sends in a
subscription request? Or does the listowner have to manually send them out?
