Nancynet.com is a provider that condones the spamming of junk e-mail. They
exist so their users can spam without being hassled by the provider. Much
of my junk e-mail comes from their users, or the address of their auto
responder is being spammed.

Other spam condoning providers are cyberpromo.com and answerme.com.

These attempts could be for two possibilities. Either to spam the mailing
list, or more likely, to steal the list of subscribers and then spam them
using e-mail.

The review command should be set to owner. Also it works well if the first
post from subscribers is reviewed and then the subscriber is set to noreview.
