OK, you leave the To: line blank as in the example (LISTSERV fills it
in from the DD) and you then skip one line and start typing.
In the example, the bottom looked like this:

Subject: A sample distribute job
To:
<---LEAVE BLANK
Here's a sample distribute job.... <---MESSAGE LINE 1
<---MESSAGE LINE 2
Nathan <---MESSAGE LINE 3
>>>end of distribute job (the file just ends)
Basically everything after the skipped line after To: <is> the message.
If you want more info, send INFO DISTRIBUTE to any VM LISTSERV host, e.g.,
[log in to unmask] I don't know if [log in to unmask] has
it or not, but the unix and NT servers don't include it in the library.
