I just had one of these on a local list. It turned out that she was a
subscriber of the list flagged as NOPOST. So...editor or not, she
couldn't post and the the "not authorized" error message.

I'm also an administrator for Listserv, so I looked her mailing attempt
up in the log. She's definitely mailing from the right address. We're
all on the same e-mail server as well.

Have them send you an email and compare the "From:" line with your
editor list. Thier mail server may be adding something that would make
Listserv not recognize it.
