PINE is MIME-compliant. The MIME support is far from perfect, but in the
latest version (3.89), it's reasonable.

Best would be to send as a MIME attachment.

If it's not MIME, then:
Save the message as a file (using either the View/Save command or the
Export command) and then decode (eg, with UUDECODE).
