Prelim testing is done and im up to migrating lists from my
 VM system to a new solaris platform. Ive FTP'd the
 .LIST files onto the new server listserv/home, edited
 the Notebook  entries as proscribed, and restarted,,
 and nada..

According to the docs lsv will magically detect the new .LIST files
 and process them accordingly. Is there any other twist im not
 aware of? A Case Sensitive thing somewhere?
