I run a moderated list, and I'm thinking of switching to pre-moderation
in order to focus the group more.  But I don't think I have enough
volunteers to make pre-moderation practical.
 
Are there any work-saving techniques that can enable a limited number of
pre-moderators to get more done?  Any advice will be helpful.
