Happily, it doesn't seem to work that way. :-)
 
I haven't had any usenet posts (or posts of new subscribers who're set
to review) that I've "ok"'d come back again and again for review.
 
My wild guess is that it's because the owner's "ok" isn't sent to the
list address, but is a sent as a message to listserv instead. The "ok"
never comes back to you (the owner who's set himself to review) for
review, so that this revolving door scenario never really gets off the
ground. :-)
 
(I sincerely want this to be true. Can you tell?) ;-)
