This *is* the block.  As far as I can tell, besco is a spamhaus and serving
them off is as good a way to cut back on their stuff as any.  Which brings
up the other two filters, in site_config.dat:

FILTER_ALSO     "*@TEST.COM *@BOSS.COM *@ARTINFOBANK.NET *@LOYUS.COM"
TRAPIN          "*@TEST.COM *@BOSS.COM *@ARTINFOBANK.NET *@LOYUS.COM"

The above, my systems du jour settings, sort of works, some of the time,
for some junk ISP's.  I suspect they weren't designed to cope with todays
problem ISP's.  I used to try to use them independantly, in keeping with my
interpretation of what I thought the manual was saying, with even less
effect.  The *@test.com" seems to work very well, the LOYUS rarely, if at
all.
