   Wagner is telling IBM that repair of SMTP is a waste of time?  Can
   you tell me some of the story behind your remark, please?  (Is SMTP
   being rewritten?) If this is a reference to activities leading up to
   LMAIL, I guess that I understand your pragmatism/bitterness.  :-(

   Silly me suggesting LISTSERV might have a problem :-), I did the
   SERVE OUT with a lower case "postmaster": now that I've done it
   correctly, I suspect the problem is solved.  I'll send this to the
   LSTOWN-L list if you think it important.
