The Email company is the host of the Phillipenes DNS zone .ph, and offer
a variety of interesting gateways for connectivity to the net. I assume
that they've subscribed to my list (NTBugtraq) like any other exploder
would, in order that they (the ISP) can minimize the bandwidth that
multiple customers might consume if they (the customer) subscribed
individually.
