This message was sent to me personally, but I am replying to the mailing list. I'm not an expert on this stuff - I was just trying to get the detective work started. :-)
AOL's explanation of the "554 CON:B1" block does seem to say that AOL's filters are scoring messages from your list as likely spam, and they have blacklisted the IP address that is sending out your mailing list's messages. I would guess that other mailing lists on your listserv.dartmouth.edu server are also having their AOL subscribers being blocked, so maybe you need to get in touch with your ListServ site administrator at Dartmouth to ask him/her to get this sorted out with AOL.
