I am an inexperienced list-manager who needs to get to grips with the finer
details of listserv.
This list has been a good place to start but many of the answers require
more prior knowledge than I have.
My question therefore is:
Are there any good listserv books for beginer list-owners
 
And a follow-up:
Is there anyone in Stockholm, Sweden who gives list-management courses?
