It is not uncommon for colleges/universities to implement mail forwarding
servers based upon CSSO/PH.  E.g., all @PSU.EDU email addresses are
forwarded elsewhere (and not necessarily to the same place).

In doing MX lookups for the two domains referenced in your bounce, it
would appear to me that they are strongly related:
