I am sending this along because the addresses and sources are
throughout a lot of material in my archive dating back to about
September 1992, saerching reveals that this addresses was the source
or the end location for man routing peculiarities such as strange
circular routing which led to messages disappearing or being sent to
someone whose plan clearly states that he destroys government funded
projects. Here they are being just as inconsiderate to te whole net.
Thanks to St. Johns and the new Listserv, ther success was only
limited but the net cost of this event had it happened would have run
into man 1000s of dollars. -- Paul. Please note that someone monitored
this message as I tped it. I don' know why.
