Is there any way to get the &LISTNAME variable to display the list name in
lower case?

I have tried to use &LISTNAME in a web address, as in "Archives of this
list are available at http://listserv.american.edu/archives/&LISTNAME.html
"  But this doesn't work, because the list name gets inserted in capital
letters, and the server doesn't recognize the address with the list name
written that way.  I'd like to keep my mailtpl files as generic as possible.
