If you want the notification to go to someone other than OWNER you can
use a specific address rather than "yes."  For example, for AUTOCAT I
have:
* Notify= [log in to unmask]
 
Warning: if you have a largish list, well known, you can get 20 - 50
or more notices per day.  You get signons/offs, adds & deletes, etc.
but not autodeletes.
