Daily error monitoring report

Yesterday I thought it was a freak mistake but today I found myself and my
co-listowner on the Daily error monitoring report  from
[log in to unmask] because our mailboxes are "not found."
We post daily. How can I stop us and several other`active posters from being
deleted?
