Two possibilities come to mind:
 
   (1) Use the "majordomo" software:  E-mail to [log in to unmask] for details.
   (2) Use the LISTSERV software.  See http://WWW.LSOFT.COM/products.html
       and the 'EASE' (Expert Administration and Supervision of E-mail lists)
       section of that document.
