The owner of the super-list cannot modify the 'Sub-Lists=' statement. Only the
site administrator can modify the 'Sub-Lists=' statement. This effectively
prevents a less-than-scrupulous list owner from specifying other lists as
sub-lists of her/her list when there is no legitimate reason to do so.

If we receive a request to include a list as a sub-list of a new or existing
super-list, and the lists are not owned by the same individual, we require
confirmation from both list owners before making the change.
