You can't.  In the  next version  you'll be  able to  do a  'GET listname
(HEADER' to retrieve  just the header. You can then  extract it, edit it,
and PUT it back.  Again, this does NOT work with 1.6e;  do NOT attempt to
send back just the header, it would delete all the subscribers.
