This is not a feature of LISTSERV(R) AFAIK.  The TOPIC feature is, but it
really does not apply to arbitrary syntax.  LISTSERV(R) does recognize
certain reserved words at the beginning of the first text of the message,
but I don't recall how a LISTSERV manager (not owner) might change it (if
at all).
