I'm under the impression that this is a function of the mail client.
For instance, although I have configured my client to tell this list
that I am [log in to unmask], I am not actually transmitting thru the
good graces of the netone/rmi server in this particular instance, but
rather thru a totally unrelated server (mcit.com).  I suggest
standardizing email addresses within your domain as
[log in to unmask] and dont worry about the prefix.
