Well, I run four lists.  One at less than 70, two at 100 to 200, and one
at 250.  I'd consider them small for population, but large for traffic.
Each generates an average of .4 megs a week, with maybe 250 messages a
day for all of them.
 
My local admin hates it because I account for about 40% of the mail on
the system :-)
