  for those of you patiently awaiting a status update regarding my
introductory documentation of list ownership responsibilities and commands,
you may now find Microsoft Word and RTF copies of my formatted proposal and
current draft on the Web at:

  There are also raw text versions of these documents available, but be
warned: they are merely the output of Microsoft Word's "Save As...text only"
command--not pretty at all.  No HTML version exists yet.
 
  An alpha draft of this documentation should be available by Wednesday, May
3rd, assuming I don't fall behind with this assignment.
 
  I would like to thank everyone who has expressed interest and support for
this effort, and hope that I may meet your expectations.
