I moderate a closed list.  I enter subscriptions by the  FROM  header
in the application request.  Occasionally,  FROM  and  SENDER  don't
match.  Those subscribers typically receive distributions from my list,
but get a "not authorized" error message from commands sent to the list.
 
I've been 'round and 'round with a particular site's administrator, but
the problem continues.  Any ideas?
