Recently on a staff list that I own here, I have implemented
Send= Private,Confirm
(which had been Send= Private).
This self-moderation seems to be working OK ;-)
Of course this concept can be extended:
DEFAULT-OPTIONS= NOPOST
SET listname POST for authorized_poster
This would allow only some users to actually process ("OK") their own
postings, and the others to be rejected.
