The simplest method is to have a calendar: Owner1 has this week, Owner2
has next week, Owner3 the following week and then repeat.  This could be
adjusted to accomodate vacations, etc. as necessary.  As long as you all
get the msgs, no changes to the list header are necessary, it's just who
does the work at a certain time.
