Can someone please let me know if it's possible to ftp a list's archives
from LISTSERV?  Somehow it seems to me that you'd have to have a password,
or can you log in as "anonymous"?  In any case, I have a user that would
<prefer> to do it that way rather than use GET--I need to give him an
answer one way or the other and I just dunno.  :)
