I changed my log files to weekly from monthly a while ago, to make smaller
files.  But after several weeks, I decided the hassles of downloading 4x as
many files outweighed the smaller size and changed back to monthly logs.
LISTSERV handled the changes with no problem, but now I am left with weekly
logs for part of February and March (see below).  I would like to convert
these to monthly logs.  Can I GET the weekly logs, cut and paste them into
one file and PUT it back as a monthly log?  Then can I PUT <weekly logs>
(DELETE to remove the weekly logs?  Or is there some other way to accomplish
this?
 
Second, I can't seem to send a big e-mail to LISTSERV.  I've tried Eudora
Pro, Pegasus, and Netscape Mail (all for Win95), and none will let me paste
a large 1 meg text file into the body of the e-mail.  So how can I mail the
file back to LISTSERV?
 
Any help on either of the above problems would be appreciated.
