When I post a message to my list (FUNDLIST), LISTSERV@JHUVM tells me that
the message was successfully distributed to 11xx subscribers.  When I REVIEW
FUNDLIST, I learn that there are are 16xx subscribers.
 
     I understand that LISTSERV will not count NOMAIL subscribers among those
to whom it has distributed a message. But what about INDEX and DIGEST
subscribers? Are they counted among those to whom a message is "successfully
distributed"?
