Hi, Bill --

It appears the message was successfully handed off from the ACOR 
ListPlex node at L-Soft (on one of our physical servers, named MANGO) to 
MANGO outbound SMTP worker processes, then from MANGO to one of our 
outbound SMTP servers named WILDEBEEST, and from WILDEBEEST to another 
of our outbound SMTP servers named TEST1.

Our logs on TEST1 show the mail having been written to its DEFER (or 
retry) queue.  Apparently TEST1 has been trying to open too many 
simultaneous connections to COX.NET and has been throttled.

We have just reconfigured all of our outbound SMTP servers back down to 
the previous accepted level of connections.  I will also be contacting 
Cox this morning to let them know.  Hopefully this will resolve the 
situation.
