Hello everybody, 

Today when I tried to send a message to one of my lists, the server sent
me the following message:

The distribution of your message dated  Thu, 13 Jun 2002 10:30:49 +0100
with
subject
"=?iso-8859-1?Q?Pequeno_Concerto_no_hall_dos_Servi=E7os_Centrais_do_IPGu
ar?=
=?iso-8859-1?Q?da?=" has  been postponed  because the IPG  list is
held. No
action is required from you;  your message will be reprocessed
automatically
once the list owner releases the list.

I haven’t done anything to “held” the list, so what can I do to release
it?
