This list is full of listowners and admins.
 
One way is write to:
 
to: [log in to unmask]
subject: anything
the message body says:
 
signoff lstown-l
 
and you will shortly get a reply you have been removed from the list.
 
For info on using the listserv generally, use the command
 
help
 
in the message body and a nice write up on using the listserver and how
to get even more help is sent.
