I just logged on for the first time since early morning and am inundated
with listserv spam notices.  The few I've had time to look at so far seem
to be perfectly normal postings.  The only thing they have in common is
that they all seem to have come through the usenet gateway.  Is there a
way to turn off the spam filter the way you can turn off things like
auto-delete?  I'm in a panic trying to finish grading summer school exams
in order to leave town Thursday and don't have time to face a zillion
pieces of bounced spam that's not spam.
